Matching explained

How mutual matching works at Matched X Singles

Nothing is decided on the day. The morning after, you choose privately, and we only share details when you both say yes.

The timeline

  1. BeforeSet up your guest profile. First name, a photo, and which contact details you’d share with a match. Finish it by the end of the event day.
  2. The dayPlay, mingle, enjoy it. No decisions needed.
  3. 9am next dayChoices open. Pick Date, Friend or No for each person who was there. You have 48 hours, and you can change your mind until choices close.
  4. AfterwardsWe email everyone their results, with only the contact details each match chose to share.

What stays private

  • Nobody ever sees what you picked
  • Nobody finds out who didn’t pick them
  • A match only sees the contact details you chose to share
